How long it will take for shipping?

-UPS/USPS(Recommended): $15/Pair (except for those overweight products), usually takes 12-21 days from TURBOSNEAKER shipping out to Delivered. 

PS.The orginal price of FedEx is $35/Pair. We are making the subsidy on FedEx shipping to support the customers.

When will you ship my order out?

We will ship your items in next 1-4 days after you place the order. This because factory needs time to prepare your stuff and we need to make sure you will finally receive a perfect sneaker from TURBOSNEAKER. We really appreaciate your patience. Before shipping out, we will take a QC video for you.

Do I need to pay duty tax?

If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact us first, and we will offer you the information that they need to help the package go through. However, if customs seized the package in your country, they normally want you to pay the tax. Please pay for it. If the custom staff says your package is already destroyed, no worries, they still want to tax you. However, if it really happens, we will refund the customer or send new shoes.
